Rating, scaled from 1 to 10, may be the average grade received from all the clients with whom the writer has worked with. Every client, on the ultimate step of the order is required to rate his or her writer. All ratings are supported by comments. By reading comments on the writer's profile, it is possible to be more aknowledged about writer’s professional skills.
The awards system was established to distinguish writers who are able to work productively and keep maintaining the best quality for each paper they produce. Even though awards are granted on a permanent basis, the writer can receive the same award many times. It’s visible as lots near the award.
Granted to a writer who completes 10 orders, within the period of 10 days and receives the maximum rating for all of these (10 out of 10).
Currently 266 writers hold "Triple Ten" awards
Granted to a writer who has completed more than five orders and currently holds a rating of 9. 0 or more.
Currently 335 writers hold "Nine Plus" awards
Granted to a writer who completes 15+ orders (rated 8. 0 or higher) within the time scale of thirty days and the index of orders delivered on time constitutes 80% or even more.
Currently 77 writers hold "Proven Punctuality" awards
Granted to a writer who completes 15+ orders (rated 8. 0 or higher), within the time of thirty days and the index of orders canceled both by the writer and their customers constitutes not more than 3%.
Currently 106 writers hold "Proven Reliability" awards
Granted on someone basis for outstanding performance according to customer comments, on-time delivery rates, how many returning clients, and other criteria.
Granted individually to new writers, based on the amount of orders completed and comments from customers received within the first month of work. The award is granted temporarily for a period of 1 month.
Granted when a writer has over 20% of returning clients in respect to any or all customers they've worked for (starting with 10 reunite customers in total).
